The water should be pure (IE filtered, and I like to filter it twice) or spring and also be room temperature, do not refrigerate and do not use tap water, it contains chemicals.

You’ll be glad to know it’s not hard, I like to make a 1 litre bottle which does me for the day, you may wish to make more. Juice your lemons/limes (preferably vine ripened, they do have a nicer kick) and measure out approximately 3oz of your top notch maple syrup. Add a pinch of cayenne to the bottle of purified water then add the maple syrup and lastly the juices. Now it’s just a case of shaking it until you have it good and mixed.
